Alveo Condo 2 @ Vertis North

A residential condo, reimagined.

The brief was clear, transform a large two-bedroom unit in Quezon City into a fully functional studio and office space, complete with a recording room, meeting area, and reception. The catch? Zero major renovation. No hacking, no repainting, no reflooring.

Working within those constraints, we leaned into design. Custom movable furniture and modular partitions redefined the layout without touching a single wall permanently. The recording room was the real test — soundproofing achieved not through construction, but through the strategic placement of acoustic wall panels, heavier curtain fabrics, and ceiling panels that together tame echo and block outside noise.

Same space. Entirely different world.
